User Registration & Login Terms:
Eligibility and Accuracy: Users must provide accurate information, often requiring a minimum age or Date of Birth, and agree that one person is responsible for one account.
Account Security: Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and must immediately report unauthorized access.
Prohibited Activities: Prohibits automated bot registration, misuse of the platform, and spamming. any similar kind access can stop your account.
Termination Rights: The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts without notice if terms are violated.
Limitation of Liability: Protects the owner from legal liability if the user suffers damages or experiences site downtime. Pre notify of the site downtime.
Intellectual Property: Defines ownership of content on the site, usually protecting the company's copyright (AIS2P Fintech Private Limited).
KYC Terms and Condition:
It is mandatory to provide Aadhar Number and PAN number in the KYC section and you need to mail yor KYC documents in scantopay.biz@gmail.com Your account should be KYC verified and your Aadhar Card Number should be unique in our website. Multiple account using the similar KYC not allowed in the website or application.
Bank Details Terms and Condition:
User has to provide the valid bank details in Bank section. Account number and IFSC code should be correct for smooth payment or cashback process.
If you are providing the wrong account details the account payment process will be paused. Scan2Pay Profile account name and Back account name should be similar.
Your bank account should be Saving account.
Market Place and BV Terms and Condition:
Scan2Pay market place showing the active product or service list including the price or cost and BV for each product. The all price is included tax and you will get the tax invoice in your registered email. Each product has Business Volume which is a BV point that a user hold and based in BV point the user and team get cashback and profit. Company make any product stock out or stock in based on its availability. Each product has different cashback process and Team benefit.
Active / Prime / Affiliate User Status:
If an user buy any of our product from market place, the user become an active user.
If an user direct referral is minimum 5 referrals and minimum Direct BV is 50000 BV than an user become PRIME user.
If an user direct referral is minimum 10 referrals and minimum Direct BV is 100000 BV than an user become AFFILIATE user.
The Champion, Recognition of Achievement:
Every month, the company provides Champion Meet with a Champion Target. If any active user completes the Champion Target, the user becomes the Champion for the month. The company invites all The Chamions to Champion Meet and awarded them with honor.
Cashback Process:
If user buy any marketplace products the user wll get the Weekly or Monthly cashback from the company based on the condition.
The cashback will be added in your wallet and it will credit in your bank account with in 7 days from closing. The cashback always be added to wallet automatic in time and the cashback schedule the user can check in my Packages section. Cashback is always based on the profit and loss of the business process and on a product the cashback system can be changed in time to time based on business process. Once cashback schedule created it can not be changed.
Wallet, Closing and Secure Process:
For now, the wallet holds the cashback and working income from your clients and team business. The weekly closing happens every Friday night and the closing amount is credited in users account within 7days of the closing or before 7days. The company business closing or voluntary dissolution may be delayed, suspended, or temporarily halted due to unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of legal, financial, or operational delay. These delays are often triggered by events-extraordinary occurrences beyond the company's control-or legal/regulatory bottlenecks. Delay may happen due to natural calamities, covid like situation, Business loss and recover process, bank holidays, national emergency, world war like situation. but remember your principal involve in product purchase is always secure. If the cashback or tour wallet amount delay you will get the amount in later stage with nominal bank interest rate (Yearly 6.8 %).
Working Income Terms and Condition:
Working Income is basically the direct commission from Team Business based on your user type, and it will be added to your wallet. The Diamond Team Locker Income, which is credited to your wallet every Friday, is also called the Team working income. The user's working income can be only 10 times of his own Business BV. Once your working income increases from your Personal Business BV, the working income pauses or your wallet closing stops. To continue your wallet income, you need to renew or repurchase any one product from our Market Place.
Salary Process:
The salary process is only for Affiliate user. Once your salary process started it will continue only for 24 months.
in 24 month your salary can be upgraded based on Business Volume in team. Once salary started it will be credted in your account monthly.
Rewards and Awards:
Based on the logic and business flow if you achieve the Rewards and Awards you will get it with in 60days from your achievement date. The concern team is going to contact you and you need to provide your details to get the Awards and rewards.
Scanner or UPI Process:
Scanner is only for Prime users. The scanner and upi process are enabled and disabled in the system based on RBI guideline and process. Sometimes it is offline for maintenance. You can transfer your wallet amount to the scanner and can use the fund. The minimum scanning amount is Rs 100 and the maximum is Rs 1000 in one transaction.
Refer Users and Make My Team:
You can share your referral link to your friends and can make them join Scan2Pay and make your team. If your team buy any product from market place he/she become active. If user do not make his/her account active with in 21 days the account automatic deleted.
Business Role and Core Team:
Based on your working and team formation capacity company can provide you the core team member post. Company can also remove from core team based on the work and business flow in team. The The core team has different terms and condition that they have to agree and start as core team. The loyalty towards project and company needed from core team member.
